About The Mount Dora Chapter

The Mt. Dora Chapter is the Original TNG Chapter. It originated in Tangerine Florida (hence the name) at the Cinnamon Inn Bed & Breakfast www.thecinnamoninn.com.

The group started with 17 original members on August 17, 2006. After one year at the B&B we were so large we had to find a new home. Betty Schou from the Lakeside Inn had been attending the TNG meetings in Tangerine and when we needed a new home, the Lakeside Inn seemed an obvious choice.  On August 19, 2007, we moved to the Lakeside Inn and remained there until 2010.  On May 6, 2010, TNG Mt. Dora returned "home"  to the Cinnamon Inn Bed & Breakfast. 

On October 16, 2008 TNG Celebrated with our 1000th Member (David Locke, Heartland Payment Systems)! In just over two years the group grew from 17 members to now well over 1000 and is still growing weekly!

TNG Mt. Dora Chapter Meetings average between 40 and 60 members a week.   Cyndi Long, TNG Founder and owner of Girl For A Day Concierge, Inc www.GirlForADay.com, still personally runs and facilitates the Mt. Dora Chapter every week!

TNG Mt. Dora After Hours

TNG Mt. Dora holds monthly TNG After Hours events, always on a Monday. The After Hours are scheduled at a different TNG Member location periodically.
