Without Kim’s persistence, we would not have the great phones that we are all now using. I bought a Storm when they first came out. At first I liked it but then I decided that I really didn’t like the touch screen. I typed too fast for the keyboard and the sideways turn of the screen often got hung up. All in all I figured I was just stuck with it for two years. My brother and sister-in-law were both starting new businesses here in FL and realized they really needed phones with local numbers not CT numbers. So Kim arranged for them to get new Curves and she swapped the numbers around so that my sister-in-law and I ended up with a new curves and my brother was able to take over my Storm, which he loves. So now we all have phones for business that we love. Believe me when I tell you it was quite a hassle for her, but she did everything with a smile and constantly assured us we were no bother.
